As a Technical Project Manager responsible for executing a project for Roberto Cavalli’s international projects, In Los Angeles, U.S , I led a multidisciplinary team, transforming design visions into reality through innovative technical solutions.

I coordinated with clients to secure approvals on materials and drawings, while preparing mock-ups for inspection before starting production.

I managed the entire production process, from material procurement, production and quality control to packaging and shipping, ensuring seamless delivery.

On-site, I worked closely with the team handling installations such as wallpaper, electrical work, and mirror cladding, along with the items displays ensuring all tasks met the highest standards.

My focus was on delivering exceptional results that consistently exceeded client expectations.
